Yes — we proudly offer dedicated Women’s Only Krav Maga classes in Melbourne. These sessions are designed specifically for female students, creating an inclusive and safe space to learn self-defence techniques and build confidence alongside a community.

Comfort is key! We recommend wearing light, flexible gym clothes, such as leggings or shorts and a t-shirt, we train with bare feet but you can keep your socks on. Bring a bottle of water and a positive attitude. You’ll fit right in!
