In this 2.5 hour workshop we focus on the core fundamentals of physical self defence. This includes the foundations of shredding, a simple, effective and primal self defence concept  of physical retaliation along with our  own Krav Maga Australia perspective and additional concepts.

Absolutely no previous training is required to attend and learn. This workshop is for beginners and those with previous martial arts/self-defence experience.

Join us for a dynamic, hands-on workshop focused on the essential foundations of physical self-defence. Whether you're new to self-defence or have previous martial artsor combative sports experience, this session is designed to empower you with practical, realistic, simple and effective skills that anyone can learn. This workshop includes insights from Krav Maga Australia’s unique approach, incorporating our refined perspective and additional concepts with a trauma-informed approach to enhance your understanding and skillset.

We Will Cover:
  • De-escalation principles – how to defuse situations before they turn physical
  • Social vs. anti-social violence – understanding different types of aggression and the appropriate responses
  • Pre-attack indicators – spotting the warning signs and appropriate actions
  • Threat assessment – reading body language to gauge potential level of threat
